What can they do for you?

They host a range of group support services for Adults 18+ across Dorset, including Counselling, Mentoring and groups for LGBTQIA+ communities, women only and general wellbeing peer support.

How do they do it?

Mentoring Minds
Mentoring Minds involves regular goal setting with a trained mentor. Goal setting helps individuals gain a true sense of purpose and achievement.

Counselling
Counselling can help lead to positive change with increased self-confidence, self-esteem and the ability to face the future.

Active Monitoring
Active Monitoring is a programme of supportive intervention and guided self-help to improve your mental health and well-being.

Adult Triage Service
The triage service offers non-clinical support to patients presenting with mild to moderate mental health needs through their GP surgery.

Support Information for carers

Bridgit is an online tool that allows people to explore free well-being, employment, finance and care advice and events, local and national support services, and training opportunities. People can also build their own ‘self-care plan’. It’s all available any time of day and without registering first.
