In Jolly Good Company

I have lost my confidence in getting out and talking to people.

They help people get the best out of their lives, and I can help you by encouraging you and supporting you to get involved in activities both inside and outside.

What can they do for you?

Introduce you to new people and get involved in activities such as gardening or days out.

They help people get the best out of their lives, and I can help you by encouraging you and supporting you to get involved in activities both inside and outside.

Through regular get-togethers and events, you could get out and about and take part in activities that will make you feel needed and part of a group.

How do they do it?

The activities on offer help us to look beyond lost skills to focus on the positivity of what we are able to do now. This gives a sense of satisfaction and achievement.

Our indoor and outdoor sessions will encourage staying physically active and promote better health.

They want to help people make the most of their lives and feel important, needed and an integral part of a group.

What benefits could you experience?

Regain your confidence in meeting people, getting involved in activities and gaining a sense of satisfaction and achievement through the work of the organisation.
